First VI NASP Outdoor Shoot-out

Major talent showcased today with the Virgin Islands Archery Association's first bi-annual VI NASP Outdoor Shoot-out. With student archers hailing from Cedar International, St. Georges Primary, YEPS, Bregado Flax, Elmore Stoutt High School, Althea Scatliffe and Enis Adams Primary School, it was a fun pack day.

Although some of these archers have only been participating in the program for a few weeks, the raw talent displayed by these youth was sure to give more seasoned archers true competition. Prizes were given for the Top boy and girl in each division with the top archer receiving a Bow Kit containing one Genesis bow, one quiver, one arm guard and five arrows. Other prizes were sponsored by Morrell Targets, Varieties Electronics, Varieties Clothing, Harbour Chambers BVI, James Corbett and Timothy deSwardt of Kobre and Kim.
