Membership

The Virgin Islands Archery Association is a Non-profit Organization that aim to develop archery as a sport in the Virgin Islands and to prepare archers for competition in the USA, collegiate and guest divisions on an international stage.

Membership Levels

Youth Membership – $75.00(USD)

Youth memberships are for archers under the age of 18. Grants admission to tournaments and programs. Fees (see chart on membership below) are paid annually. Tournament fees may still be required. Grants listing in local ratings.

Adult Membership – $105.00(USD)

Adult memberships are for archers 18 and older. Grants admission to tournaments and programs. Fees (see chart on membership below) are paid annually. Tournament fees may still be required. Grants listing in local ratings.

Family membership -$155.00 Annually(USD)

A family unit is defined as a head of household, spouse and dependents less than 18 years of age. Dates of birth must be included for dependents added as family members. The fee is paid once every year.

Temporary Membership – $25.00(USD)

Temporary membership is required for all archers visiting the territory for an event. This membership should be purchased before entry to the BVI so that Customs may be notified. The membership fee is paid per event.

Professional Membership $105.00(USD)

Members in good standing, 18 years and older. May join the Professional Division. Compete for top dollars at sponsored Pro Tournaments. Fees are paid annually, in addition to annual Regular Membership dues.

Indoor and Outdoor League programs

Everything preprinted and complete with instructions on how to set up and run your leagues.

Archers shoot against their competition. Shooting styles range from bare compound bows; compound bows with rests, sights and releases; to traditional recurves and longbows; pros, seniors, men, women, young adult, youth and cubs. Tournaments are at the National, Sectional, Island and Club Levels.
